No sooner has the suit been dropped against McDonald’s for making it too easy to get fat, than a new suit is brought against them for making it too hard. Maybe someone else will find a theory that will allow him to sue the corporation for making their coffee too cold. They never did that before 1994, but for some reason, they do now.
