A Day Late, and $38 Billion Short
The Sacramento Bee buries the lede in this story about public conscience expert Joseph “Gray” Davis, who opined this morning that yesterday’s Nazi quote shocks it. The real story is the eighth paragraph, where Mr. Gray is quoted as saying:
I’m disturbed by what I’ve heard today. And I know the voters have a big decision to make in five days.
You heard the man. Governor Davis needs your support, so get out to the polls and vote for him next Wednesday.
