Linky-Like
I’ve long believed that love is over-rated, while like is underrated, so here’s a dose of linky-like. Linky-like is not unlike linky-love, but it involves a little less mush and a lot less commitment.

If you’ve recently linked to my site or attempted unsuccessfully to follow such a link, the links will require a slight modification. The archive folder was previously called MT-archives, now it’s MT-Archives. Probably not worth fixing on older entries if you are on Blog*Spot. If you are on MT, it’s an easy fix – just do a global search and replace, from xrlq.com/MT-archives to xrlq.com/MT-Archives and it will fix them all in one fell swoop. But if you got an error message while attempting to follow a link to xrlq.com/MT-archives/foo.php, try xrlq.com/MT-Archives/foo.php instead.

UPDATE: Success.

Day 3 begins tonight! Don’t miss it.
UPDATE: D’Oh! I did miss it! Unfortunately, my handy-dandy Dish DVR turned out not to be so handy or dandy after all. Last week, when I set up tonight’s event, the show was scheduled for 10:00 p.m. rather than 9:00, so I ended up recording the evening news instead. That’ll teach me to diss TiVo…
You know we’re in trouble when ditzy high school dropouts are charged with combating domestic terrorism.
Citzen Smash has the latest on the fires in San Diego. No major fires here in O.C. as of yet (though this one came close). However, it has been “raining” ash and the air has been a strange shade of brown over the past couple of days. Just stepping outside, the place smells like a campfire.
The Irish Lass has 100 great ideas for what to in California. I’ve lived here for most of my life, but I can’t say I’ve done more than a few of them. Time to start catching up.
Don’t forget to turn back your clocks an hour if you haven’t already. Kelley thinks we should leave them there for good.
