The sergeants and officers aren't supposed to *assume* that your parents taught you better than to act like a sub human; they're supposed to *train* you not to act that way. Lack-of-training while not a legit excuse, basically fries the chain of command above them (as if they weren't fried already). Had these...er...people been *trained properly* it might have come up that they were temperamentally ill-suited for this task. Oh, heads are going to roll in that chain. 1. Yes
