Ronald W. Reagan, 1911-2004

Andrew warned us last week that this was likely to happen. Unfortunately, he was right. Like Dean Esmay, Roger Simon, Howard Owens and several other commenters to Reason, I was too much of a pinko back in the 1980s to appreciate at the time what a great President he was. Only years later, when the Berlin Wall fell, did I fully appreciate what the Gipper had done for the U.S. and the world.
