This article in today’s Dog Trainer reports on the Bush Administration’s decision not to appeal a case it lost against the Baby Bells. The headline, however, reads:

Incidentily, I was reading this in the Wall Street Journal this morning and I thought “I should forward this to Xrlq,” it was much like his ACLU point.
