It's public school. It's also terribly bureaucratic with transfer credits and so on and the demands from the professors and department chairs are high. It's working for the state for free basically. Most just walk away from the place. Getting into college is easy. Getting out is more difficult. You people should end this. It's not going to turn out well in the defmation department.
