No, it's not, but I don't blame you for thinking it might be. In fact, just this morning I commented to Mrs. X that Marky-Mark is so unbelievably stooopid that if I were anyone other than me, I'd suspect me of having made him up. I can assure you, I have not done that. Although, in retrospect I almost wish I had invented a "Liberal Larry" type character to post idiotic comments agreeing with Marky-Mark.

Of course, it's always possible someone else is pulling an elaborate joke on me. For all I know, there might not really be a Mark A. York. Maybe his persona is just an ongoing prank by a group of conservative college students out to discredit the left?

“Yorking” sounds vaguely emetic, perhaps something along those lines would be a good use.

I agree. "Yorking" is a vomiting on the comment section of a blog. It is off-topic and incoherent.

It can be recognized by its paranoid voice, sensing persecution where none exists. It often expresses its paranoia defensively by genetic and psychogenetic fallacy and argument from age. It differs from flamebait and MEGO in that it has both a sympathetic and repulsive effect.

To respond is either to "York" yourself, or to react instinctually as you might when a dog tries to eat its own vomit or another's.

Trojan Huddle: Get the Party Started, Already! Edition
Since my blogging is usually light over the weekends, and, with mother in town, a birthday party, a pool party and a birthday/pool party to attend, these links will have to get you through until I answer your questions: Boston...

Dude, if you're Justene, Why aren't I coblogging over here too? Hmmm, interesting. Although I note for the record I'm not coblogging at Calblog much lately either. Busy with Summer Work...oh well.
