Proof that Iraq the Model is Legit
This may not be the non-smoking non-gun to prove that Joseph Mailander is worthy of a subdomain from Laurence Simon, but it has to count for something. The latest piece from Iraq the Model elaborates on the fact that few Iraqis care whether Operation Iraq Freedom did or did not conform to the niceties of international “law.” Presumably, the 100% who voted to re-elect Saddam Hussein still want him in office, while the remaining 0% are happy to be reid of the dictator, regardless. But here’s the real kicker:
“The report of Lord Butler reflects the respect for the laws in a country that has no written constitution. From my point ov [sic] view I think that the report is incomplete because it didn’t mention a (thank you) to Mr. Blair and Mr. Bush for doing this honorable job which is toppling the pervert dictator and crushing the iron security grip for the worst tyrant in the world. The soldiers who died in Iraq gave their lives as tributes for freedom. Thanks to all the soldiers who risked and lost their lives for the sake of others’ freedom.”
Mohammed Abdul Jabbar-Baghdad.
If the CIA were really behind Iraq the Model, dontcha think they might have come up with a fake name that sounded equally plausible to Arabs, but which didn’t sound to Americans as though the letter had been ghost-written by the long-lost brother of an NBA star?
