(Contra him, a <a href="http://www.autoweb.com/content/research/vir/index.cfm/vehicle_number_int/1014659/Action/StandardFeatures">Hummer</a> does <i>not</i> weigh 10,000 pounds, though it <i>does</i> exceed 6000.) Only the heaviest SUVs of each manufacturer (ie, in Ford's case, the Excursion alone) is over 6000 pounds, which is also the case for most "un-objectionable" heavy durty pickup trucks (ala the F350, etc.).
