Bainbridge Split?
Professor Bainbridge is thinking of splitting his blog in two. His proposal is to put the boring corporate law stuff in one place, and everything else in another. As a corporate lawyer, I enjoy the legal stuff and would just as soon leave it in place. I do favor the idea of a split, however, along slightly different lines: move all the goofy anti-SUV stuff to other, established web sites where his ideas might get a warmer reception. Then leave everything else where it is.
