Personally, I don't think all political blogs will be shut down, but I do see a risk of some of the higher traffic ones getting unduly harassed until Congress can be browbeaten into expanding the media exemption to include bloggers. Then again, I don't think any of this means it's not a problem. As long as McCain Feingold remains on the books in any form, that's a problem. It's only a question of how big the problem is.
