Below is a press release I just received from Jeff Lewis, the So Cal Law Blogger, describing the amicus brief filed by the Bear Flag League in the pending case of O’Grady v. Superior Court, the Apple blogger case. It is not the first blogger brief submitted in this case, but it is widely believed (though not proved) to be the first brief submitted to any court in the world that includes the word “blogtard.”
