Assemblyman Ray Haynes has submitted a voter initiative to create a California Border Police that would pick up where ICE left off. In response, Heckle and Jeckle have once again reverted from useless to useful idiot status.

I think this is a shot across the bow of the federal government, much like Prop 187. Another notice that we in California are tired of the federal government not enforcing it’s own laws.
