When an uber-blogger finds himself in that position, he can stop. And later, when the once-banked fire flares once again, he can come back and perhaps even do better than before, if possible. I have little doubt that Robert's fury will return at some point. It's the nature of the world to go horribly, horribly wrong every so often.
