A Silver Lining?
Todd Zywicki observes that the Senate capitulation is not going well at all for Sen. Lindsay Graham, and wonders aloud of the long-term effect of the capitulation may not be to preserve the unconstitutional/no nukes option after all, but to cause it to pass by a bigger margin than otherwise would have when the issue inevitably returns. Hope springs eternal.
