I hope you will consider adding Kopf for your “scum” category (or at least your “moron” category) as well.

Nah, with a first and last name like that he’s got enough built-in name-calling as it is, without any further contribution from. Besides, I’m not sure I blame him, really. As odious as his ruling may be, it’s not as though the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Stenberg gave him much of a choice.

Sorry to change the subject, but do you know what happened to Dave Huber? His website disappeared overnite, “This site no longer exists”. He had been up to date, with several recent posts, then ‘poof’. Hope he is OK.
