		<description>The benevolent LALA Times account of that story said that the deciding judge said, well if the governor can raise unlimited funds, then everybody else should, too.

Do you (or anyone) know of sites that have maps of California districts?  The more &quot;unusual&quot; shapes would be good to print out and pass around.

My problem in talking about it is that my main argument is &quot;it&#039;s rigged so the Democrats keep winning&quot;, to which they reply, &quot;Wonderful!!&quot;.</description>
