Is that legal advice or just sort of generic advice?

Neither, it’s sarcasm. If serious, it could scarcely be construed as “legal” advice, since it’s a tip on how to break the law, not how to protect your own legal interests after (allegedly) having done so.

No wonder there are so many underemployed attorneys. You’re giving away some poor defense attorney’s law practice. Strictly from a legal business point of view, the more indictments, the more attorney’s fees. So don’t be hinting around about things that might lessen the number of indictments. Besides, Patterico can use the extra business what with the cost of those kids of his.

Stories like this are SOP for the MSM. Desperate to maintain their stranglehold on the media, they stoop to implying that blogging leads to murder, and they even confuse blog chatting with pure blogging.
