Forgot My Anniversary
Fortunately, my wife remembered it, though.

You poor schmuck.
My husband and I got married on May 5. Denver has a huge Hispanic population, so for weeks before our anniversary there are advertisements for Cinco de Mayo festivities – which reminds my husband that our anniversary is coming up. I planned it that way. He does such a lousy job of remembering my birthday that I figured I should make it easy on him for our anniversary.

I think we’re talking about two different anniversaries. The one I forgot was my blogging anniversary, which was yesterday. If I had missed that other anniversary, I probably wouldn’t be around to post about it.
