Outside of chicken and turkey I haven't liked any other bird meat (pheasant, quail) that I've had. At the same time, I've liked the taste of every large mammal I've eaten (cow, pig, sheep, bison, deer, elk, goat, horse, kangaroo - I'm a regular ole Tasmanian Devil). So while I've never had a chance to eat bear, I expect it will taste better than eagle. Wine: Is Leland drinking to get drunk? If so, he might as well drink MD 20/20 instead of white wine. Meat: Bear.
