Casa de Xrlq is on the market. Also available, independently of the house, are a perfectly good washer and dryer, which we did not bring to Virginia because we (1) wanted a front-loading washer and (2) needed an electric dryer.

Too bad its out of my price range and it would make my commute horrid.
