		<description>Can&#039;t speak to NJ, but I wouldn&#039;t hold my breath waiting for the CA SC to go hog wild.  The last time they did, in the mid-1980s, three of them found themselves out of work.  Since then, that institution has been curiously sane.</description>

		<description>New Jersey is coming up and it will allow Same Sex Marriage.  NJ likes to be on the cutting edge.  The NJ legislature will not overturn the Court.  Also, the Supreme Court of California could still go hog wild. 

It has just been exported to RI from Mass.  Each time without a vote of the people involved.  The status quo is then same sex marriage and the forces of tradition and reason have to get supermajorities rather than the wreck the family crowd.</description>
