I am “smart”. I don’t know if that means I missed the only one I was guessing on (the First State, which simply isn’t important for anything but historical curiosity, having no impact on general Civics), or got it rights.
I’m assuming that “smart” is better than merely “not-retarded”, but with a random web-generated quiz that might be doubtful.
