    Just that for some reason, my T-Mobile single-band phone (1900 MHz) would not roam on Suncom’s GSM network anywhere in North Carolina. If you’re using someone else’s GSM phone, or a CDMA phone, you’re probably okay.

    T-Mobile is for Euro-weenies. My Verizon CDMA phone works fine here, just as it did at home and almost nowhere in between.
