But although I would appreciate seeing a dog do that to the two-legged animal who was torturing it to death, I do not think the dog would. Dogs’ instincts are to love humans, even evil humans like Vick. It would be cruelty to the dog to incite it to attack Vick.

As a reasonable alternative, Channel-Lock pliers can also crush bones.
