American Airlines has announced its plans to charge a $15 fee to check bags on its flights. That was the last straw. From now on, rather than flying American every time they happen to offer the most convenient, lowest-priced flight to wherever I’m going, I’m only going to fly American when they offer the most convenient flight and beat the competition’s price by at least $15.

I’ve always avoided them because their service is shit. And I’m flying out of DFW.

I have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of this kinda stuff.
At least they let us take a sack lunch on the plane now.

They never offer better deals and the service sucks in my experience, so the $15 for one freaking bag was enough to say that’s it. If they offered an amazing deal, then I might consider it. My absolute no-fly airline is Delta. They are evil.
