Looks like someone at my favorite airline, U.S. Airways, got the message about their lousy customer service, and they’re doing something about it: they’re charging for water and soda, now, too. Nice to know that no matter how bad your airline service may be, it can always get worse, and probably will.

Finally: One of their stupid tricks I’ve alreaady headed off at the pass. Since we can no longer take full sippies on board I’ve developed a habit of buying two big water bottles behind security and taking them on board.

On long flights, we would get off the plane dehydrated. They never gave us enough to drink, free or not. We learned to bring a quart of water each plus juice and milk for the baby.
