		<description>Is it customary in that neck of the woods to omit the lot size and square footage of the house in its listing? That sure wouldn&#039;t fly out here (Silicon Valley). Also, why is there a reference to an MLS listing that isn&#039;t hotlinked?</description>

		<description>Damn, thats right near where my dog trainer is (Kents Store, VA).  Nice house.  It would be $900k+ up here.  Not sure what the market is in the Richmond area, but I would have thought it was still relatively strong compared to elsewhere in the state (Loudon).
