On Palin’s Experience

Filed under:   by Xrlq @ 7:06 pm

Some moron got a letter published in the Whizz-Urinal, arguing that we “can’t afford” to have an inexperienced, unqualified political neophyte one heartbeat away from the Oval Office, but apparently we can afford to have one in the Oval office. God, he’s dumb.

If only she was a one term senator with shiny, silky hair, then it would have never been a problem.

    Shameless self-promotion!

What is up with the copy editors in Winston-Salem? They should have caught it after the page editor missed it.

Or do you think they got it?

  3. Doc Rampage Says:

I was dumbfounded when I first saw Democrats who Obama for president actually arguing that Palin isn’t qualified to be Vice President. Don’t they see how stupid they sound? Then I think I realized why they don’t see how stupid they sound. They think Obama is a genius because he was editor of the Harvard Law Review and they think he is morally superior. All you need to be president, of course, is genius and moral superiority. Experience is only for those lacking in the genius and moral-superiority categories.

Um, if you’re referring to Jeff Bishop’s letter, I’m pretty sure it’s tongue in cheek. And I wouldn’t be surprised if the version he wrote ended with the word “instead”, which was lopped off by the editor “for length”.

    Oh.

  6. Anwyn Says:

    Hahahaha.

  7. Bilwick1 Says:

What Palin’s Democratic critics are saying is actually, “She lacks the experience in socialism and appeasement that our candidates offer.”

  8. ZZMike Says:

I think the letter was brilliant satire, or at least, irony, totally lost on the worshipful editors.

As written, it reflects the view of many of the irony-proof liberal left.
