Only problem with this theory is that the people killed in car accidents are substantially more likely to be Republicans, since such a large percentage of Democrats live where they’re not driving (or, at least, not driving very far) to get to the polls.

I know, but Republicans are evil scum, so we don’t want to protect them from getting killed in car accidents. Just the Democrats need to be protected, good people that they are.
Me, I already voted by mail, so I plan to barricade myself in my home all day while everyone kills everyone else on the highway.

I only go to the polls for the coffee and donuts, myself. My precinct captain will vote for me, six or seven times, once he’s told how many more votes the Democrats need to carry the precinct.
