After my first visit, I received in due course a Red Cross donor card, which I presented the next time I gave. While pecking away at the computer questionnaire, I though that a couple of questions seemed rather odd. Looking at the top of the screen, it gave my gender as Female. After answering the correct questions verbally, the tech did some computer magic while I was giving, and a few days later a new, correct card arrived.
