Alternatives to Bloglines?
Any suggestions? The ideal aggregator for me would be one similar to Bloglines, but one that doesn’t (1) show me a shrugging idiot who’s supposed to be a plumber half the time I try to use it, (2) launch the wrong browser when I click on the notifier, or (3) shove some crappy software like Skweezer down my throat every time I try to access it from my Crackberry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m a dinosaur — I have tried using a feed reader and just don’t see the point. I prefer to go to the blogs I like to read and browse the posts there.
A feed containing all of the recent posts from all of the blogs at one time is just overwhelming and disjointed. I choose blogs for the voice of the author (or primary author, as the case may be) and a feed would be too much like one of those cacophanous multi-author blogs I always eventually have to quit reading.

I don’t seem to have all those probs with my Bloglines, which I prefer over the other readers, since I may be at many different PC’s. Otherwise, I would recommend Feedreader (http://www.feedreader.com/), which I have on one personal PC, and works very well.
