Supremes Deny Cert
The Supreme Court has disposed of the silliest of the Obama truther cases, namely the one that acknowledges BHO was born in Hawaii but argues that his apparent dual nationality violates the emanations and/or penumbras of the Constitution. The other cases will surely be dumped in short order, as well.
Will this make the controversy go away? Naaaah. Should it? Probably not. The cases are stooooooopid as all get out, but the fact that the SC chooses not to rule on them is scant evidence of that. Denial of cert is the rule, not the exception.

Because it advances frivolous legal theories, is based on factual assertions without a shred of evidence to support them, and was brought by a nut who thinks 9/11 was an inside job. Other than that, I think the Berg case is pretty damned solid.
