		<description>I knew France was arguing for that, but didn&#039;t know Germany was.  Even so, I&#039;m still rooting for their position as the lesser evil.  If it&#039;s a given that we&#039;ll either spend into hyperinflation or regulate the hell out of the financial industry, the latter bell is much easier for future administrations to un-ring than the former.</description>
