Same difference.  In the end, who gets health care is a function of who can afford it, not of who needs it.

And &lt;b&gt;ParatrooperJJ&lt;/b&gt; is correct; we have pretty strict compliance rules for transplant recipients here in the US.

And it&#039;s not like livers grow on trees.  If you give the liver to an alcoholic kid, you&#039;re by necessity NOT giving one to someone else who very well may be more deserving.
